Roster and Times
Here is the final roster of vessels.
IMPORTANT: Each vessel has been assigned an identification letter and number that can be found on the roster. This will aid greatly in helping the clergy identify your vessel. You can download the identifiers here or simply hand-write it on a sheet of paper in large legible characters. We advise that you post it on both sides of your vessel. This will make it easier for your fleet captain to identify you from either direction.
Note: It is not necessary to get your group in exact order (A-1, A-2, A-3, etc). As long as you have your numbers displayed we can identify you.

"Blessing of the Fleet" is a time-honored tradition that began many centuries ago with some of the earliest seafaring cultures. At the beginning of the season, vessels are blessed by a priest, minister, or non-denominational celebrant in order to ensure a safe and bountiful season. POWYC organizes our region's Blessing of the Fleet each Spring-- a jubilant event that has drawn as many as 100 boats from several marinas and yacht clubs in the area to celebrate the beginning of the boating season.
