Held on the Events Barge at The Wharf Marina in nice weather. In inclement weather and winter, held inside a member's boat at The Wharf Marina or in the Boaters' Lounge of the marina office.

Open to all POWYC members and Wharf Marina slip holders and transients. POWYC Community Members should enter through The Wharf Marina office gate.
